Peak: October 1 - April 30
$200 per night (up to two people)

+ $20 for each additional guest (maximum of six guests)

Off Peak: May 1 - September 30
$150 per night (up to two people)

+ $20 for each additional guest (maximum of six guests)

Children under three years old stay for free (portacot can be provided free of charge)

Conditions:

• Minimum two night stay (minimum three night stay for long weekends)
• Check-out time is at 10:00am and check-in time is at 2:00pm (unless negotiated otherwise)
• No pets are permitted on the property
• Smoking is not permitted inside the house
• All prices listed are in Australian Dollars

Payment and Cancellations:

• Payment to be made via Electronic Funds Transfer or via Pay Pal (Pay Pal transactions will incur a 3% surcharge)
• Full payment must be received within fourteen days of booking confirmation.
• For bookings made less than fourteen days prior to arrival, full payment is required within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
• Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of expected arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled more than 48 hours before arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled more than two weeks before arrival will receive a full refund.
• Changes to your booking or cancellations must be arranged directly with the property owner.
